Gospel Coaching is coming at the right time for us in Italy. Italy for Christ has seen 1000s of conversions and 100s of churches planted over the years. But what I have realized now more than ever before is that the key to true transformational conversion is Gospel Coaching.
One thing I discovered we were missing in our leadership track was ongoing coaching activitiy that can deeply change the people from the inside out. Gospel Coaching is an ingredient Italy for Christ has to have to see our vision to reach Italy, and Europe, with the Gospel.
