The Assessment includes an on-site visit with interviews of key leaders, officers, and staff, analysis of relevant
history, church life, demographics of the local area, and the vitality of the worship service. The focus of the interviews
will be directed toward determining:
• Effectiveness of leadership
• Nature of relationships in the church
• Effectiveness in missional engagement
• Vitality of worship and prayer
• Clarity of Gospel Communication
• Effective Operating
Systems
• Clarity of roles and responsibilities among leaders
• Clarity of and progress in mision ownership
The findings and observations will then be developed into an assessment report with observable
strengths and recommendations offered for any "Blind spots" or major ministry "Stallers or Stoppers".
