What is Coaching?

“Church planter coaching is a process of imparting encouragement and skills to the planter in order to succeed in the task of starting a church, in the context of a gospel friendship.” Tom Wood

We value the relationship of coaching. Church Planter coaching is about helping the planter succeed in the task of starting a healthy, reproducing church within the context God has called him and placed him. We do that through the relationship we build with each person. And we do it well, because we have over 50 years of combined church planting experience from our staff.

Whom Do We Serve?

• We serve church planters, churches, and church planting networks who desire to start grace centered, reproducing churches which will transform the communities in which they serve.

• We provide services such as assessment, budgeting, strategic planning, counsel, implementation, pastoral care, wives’ mentoring, and referrals to subject matter experts, such as building lease, property selection, construction, capital campaigns and much more. We have great relationships with all sorts of experts!

• We provide personal church planter specific coaching to assist in the challenges of isolation, lack of needed skills, management, motivation and spiritual attack which are all present in the church planting experience.

• We provide guidance to church planting churches, such as church planter apprenticing plans, budgeting, assessments, recruiting, and site selection.

• We provide the facilitation of Church Planting Networks (churches aligned together in a region to promote church planting and regional holistic transformation).

• We provide existing churches with a health assessment only in order to assist an established church to become a church planting church.

• We provide Team Building retreats and exercises for church staffs.
