Our Purpose:
CMM exists for the purpose of glorifying God by assisting churches, church planting networks
and movements to multiply their effectiveness in the starting and strengthening of churches, so that their communities are
transformed by the gospel of grace in Jesus Christ.
Starting,
Strengthening and Multiplying grace centered churches and church planting networks through coaching and consults with church
planting pastors, leaders and emerging leaders.
Whom We Serve
We serve church planters,
churches, church planting networks who desire to start grace centered, reproducing churches which will transform the communities
in which they serve.
We provide services such as assessment, budgeting, strategic planning, counsel,
implementation, pastoral care, wives’ mentoring, and referrals to subject matter experts, such as building lease, property
selection, construction, capital campaigns and much more.
We provide personal church-planter-specific
coaching to assist in the challenges of isolation, lack of needed skills, management, motivation and spiritual attack which
are all present in the church planting experience.
We provide guidance to church planting churches,
such as church planter apprenticing plans, budgeting, assessments, recruiting, and site selection. We provide the facilitation
of Church Planting Networks (churches aligned together in a region to promote church planting and regional holistic transformation).
We provide existing churches with a health assessment only in order to assist an established
church to become a church planting church. We provide Team Building retreats and exercises for church staffs.
